Kicked Out to Captain
Every person, team or organization deals with adversity. Kicked out to Captain deals with my personal story of failure and the lessons I learned that help shape my future. As a college athlete, I was kicked out of school and off the football team. Thank God the story does not end there, learn how I went from kicked out to captain of the team. This is a great message for those who have allowed failure to sideline them, but we do have a choice to stay broken or become better!
Full of BLE!?
The perfect talk for teams and organizations, what do we really want out of our players and employees!? An old coach of mine used to call us out when we made excuses, “Ah you're Full of BULL” as I write it I can hear him say it! Well you can turn a negative to a positive. “Full of BLE” gives you insight to what those over you really want! They want you to be CoachaBLE, DependaBLE, AccountaBLE, HumBLE... well you get the point. These character traits are the blueprint to excellence!
